Top Oklahoma Issue:
An Important Letter to Small Business
Dear Friend,
In Oklahoma, small business owners work hard to build their
businesses and support their local communities.
As you know, small businesses are the key to growing our
state's economy. 60% of new jobs in Oklahoma are created by
small business.
But now there is a movement that will drive down wages and
make it harder for small businesses to compete with large,
multi-national corporations. It's called State Question 695,
and it will be up for a vote on this September's ballot.
695 is backed by large industries that want to lower wages
down to levels found in Mexico.
695 will put less money in the pockets of consumers, and
force more families to leave Oklahoma to find better jobs.
That's why the American Small Business Alliance, our Oklahoma
Chapter, and small business men and women all across the state
are opposing 695.
Please take a moment to read through this brochure and vote
"No" on 695 on Tuesday, September 25th.
Sincerely,
Tony Solow
